Paul Goulden runs a small business selling Hardwoods in his corner of Hampshire as a hobby.

About 5 years ago he started supplying London Restaurants with off cuts of Oak and Cherry. This has grown to a significant portion of his business.

He has had a dabble at selling fine chips but without a specialist chipper and an automatic siever is currently selling Oak in 2" x 2 " chunks and the other woods in similar sizes.
